As well as UN Organisation relies on peace, security and development among its attributions, SMU Burundi goes in the same to strengthen peace, security and development areas. Our country needs peace, security and development and we can focus on this because we living hard situations like other post conflict countries. Our calling is to fight straight all the obstacles that our country is facing. |

| Purpose of the organization: |
peace, security and development and through these sectors, we are going to train people from the bottom , security will also be qualified particularly via the concerned institutions.Thus, the development will be the motto of our organization because when the people are not developed, they do not brain up. |

Advocacy for the sake of the disable people in Burundi, creation of possible small scale projects for disable people, training for the disabled in need |

Regionally, SMU Burundi relying on peace, security and development, will participate in conferences organized in the region, Nationally, we have to develop the philosophy of of security, peace and development in the whole of the country while internationally, not only participating in conferences,our organization has to do the best in order to find partners and sponsors. |

Being part of the association is free and one can be either affiliate or associate,permanent and volunteer. Again, for any one stated above, membership fees are required annually. Up to now we have 117000 members. |
