Activities relevant to the conference of States Parties to the convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities: A local and national base NGO that focuses on increasing demand for basic literacy, Life Skills and social inclusion services while strengthening the systems in Kano and Kogi states of Northern part of Nigeria. Young women aged 18 to 49 and girls aged 9 to 18 have been impacted in the last 3 years by raising their economic status and social norms relating to home and community actions. It is my view that the lesson learnt from this local and national level of the least developed part of Nigeria are activities that will be relevant to the conference of States Parties to the convention on the Rights of Persons with ignorance/Disabilities and need to be shared with the international community to enable the planning and implementing committees have better knowledge of the issues as captured from the field at any conference or meetings.
