If yes, explain in detail: The Executive Director of our NGO, Millennium Network for Community Development, Mr. Emeka MBONU has attended two 2 United Nations conferences in 2015 through other affiliated organisation. His reports from these conferences informed our decision to attend this year,s NGO conference in South Korea. Previous conferences attended were the Disaster Relief Reduction at Sendai, Japan in march, 2015, and NGO conference in New York in August 2015 on Sustainable Development.
Affiliation with other organizations: We are affliated to Faith Revival Ministries and Leadership Watch Inc, all domiciled in Nigeria. We are also affiliated to Institute of Sustainable Development practitioners of Nigeria.

Social Development

Affiliation with other organizations: We are affiliated to Faith Revival Ministries and Leadership Watch Inc.
Purpose of the organization: Millennium Network for Community Development is established to ensure community livelihoods in a sustainable manner concentrating on sustainable development issues at local levels.
Confirmation of the activities of the organization at the regional, national or international level: We have worked at national level with Faith Revival Ministries (a Faith Based Orgnaistion) and Embassy of Germany in Nigeria to provide water conservation techniques, tree planting, establishment of Environment clubs in schools and communities as well as health promotions in rural communities of Abuja FCT. Embassy of Germany provided us with borehole for Katampe in 2011, Board members of NGO provided funds for tree planting in Mararaba in 2013 to protect a medical/vocational skill outfit from green house emissions. Environment clubs has been formed in Government Sec Schl, Katempe, (2012)bringing environmental awareness to students for the next generation. Moreover, Faith Revival Ministries assisted with providing mobile medical outreach to peoples of katempe and Maraba communities from 2010 to date. This has improved the health and livelihoods of the rural poor in these communities.

Description of the membership of the organization, indicating the total number of members: membership is about 42 by the end of 2015. members come from diverse background as environmentalists, practitioners in education and social work. Religious biased persons. Retirees and volunteers. Board of trustees support the NGO a lot financially. while other members pay membership fees.
