Social Development

Affiliation with other organizations: The organization is affiliated with networks i.e.community based organizations namely Rural Urban community Development Association (RUCDA, Iqr'a Association for Dawa and development (IADD)Labamba Community Sevices (LCS)
Publications: The organization has a program of writing, producing and publishing books, newspapers, magazines, audio visual and any other form of document.
Purpose of the organization: To bring awareness to the Muslims and the public at large that Islam promotes peace, love, tolerance, forgiveness, unity and reconciliation, which are totally controversial to the principles of terrorism. -Establish an agency to be concerned with and ensure education accessibility to orphans, school dropouts, assisting less privileged families and needy citizens who would otherwise remained uneducated. -To offer variety of Islamic religious related activities in the communities as may be deemed necessary from time to time to cope with the ever changing world. -Propagating the true message of “Islam” and its love for peace, unity, tolerance, forgiveness and reconciliation which are totally controversial to the principles of terrorism and; -Economically empower the members
Activities relevant to the conference of States Parties to the convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities: -Sensitizing youths and entire community about HIV/AIDS related problems; -Propagating the true message of “Islam” and its love for peace, unity, tolerance, forgiveness and reconciliation which are totally controversial to the principles of terrorism. -Establishment of self-help units, i.e. food production, brick laying, carpentry, juice production, tailoring, cosmetology, farming, crafts among others; -Rehabilitation and construction of bore holes, wells. -Soliciting for funds, scholarships, bursaries, sponsorship, donations and grants for orphans, needy, elderly, HIV/AIDS victims, less privileged families and school dropouts. -Training of project beneficiaries in areas of advocacy in peace, unity and development directly related to their needs and development objectives. -Establishing Schools, Mosques and health centers. -Sensitizing the public about security and insecurity.
Confirmation of the activities of the organization at the regional, national or international level: -Trained members income has improved because they can now save and at least provide for the basic necessity of their families -The standard of living has been raised at household level among our trained members -Financial literacy has been emphasized and all members have been trained on saving and investment on viable projects -Nutrition and good feeding in the families of our members has improved
