Purpose of the organization: CIPDI is an organization that deploys customized innovative approach to solve problems, build communities, develop, and equip individuals to transform their environment and circumstances. We give individuals and communities the tools, and create platforms that equip them with skills, confidence, insight, and inspiration to become SOLUTIONS and invariably change and transform their world; write and tell their stories and own their narratives. OUR MISSION: Is to give people tools to become confident in themselves to Innovate, Create and Lead. OUR VISION: Is to create programs and opportunities that give individuals the inspiration, to become solutions to problems and to change their world. OUR PURPOSE: To raise change agents, and give them opportunities to change their world and communities.
