Purpose of the organization: Promoting the fundamental rights and privileges of persons with disability (PWDs), thereby bringing dignity to disability. Preserving the lives of the next generation of future leaders through an extensive Anti-Malaria Campaign.
Activities relevant to the conference of States Parties to the convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities: 1.Media advocacy for persons with disabilities on the Helping Hand TV Show (On GTV and DSTV 278) 2.COVID 19 Relief to persons with disabilities 3.Mental Health Conference 4.Medical Support to some persons with disabilities 5.Financial and in-kind support for persons with disabilities and families of persons with disabilities
Confirmation of the activities of the organization at the regional, national or international level: Through pioneering projects like the H4P National Inter-Schools Disability Fun Games, the H4P Public Awareness Projects, Ghana for Peace Summit, among others, H4P lobbies and advocates for equal rights and opportunities for persons with disability in education, sports, politics, employment, etc. In April 2012, H4P initiated the first TV programme in Ghana (GTV and on DSTV 278) solely dedicated to championing disability rights in Ghana.
