The Board of Directors, currently consisting of 16 Directors and 3 Supervisors, is the decision body. Four of the Directors serve as non-paid voluntary officers: Chairman, CEO, Treasurer, and Secretary General. Officers are responsible for designing and implementing administrative tasks. A paid staff member reports to the Board and works with officers, committee chairs, and volunteers to carry out administrative and program activities. |
