    Year of registration: 2009
    Organizational structure: The Board of Directors, currently consisting of 16 Directors and 3 Supervisors, is the decision body. Four of the Directors serve as non-paid voluntary officers: Chairman, CEO, Treasurer, and Secretary General. Officers are responsible for designing and implementing administrative tasks. A paid staff member reports to the Board and works with officers, committee chairs, and volunteers to carry out administrative and program activities.
    Number and type of members: We do not have individual members nor charge any membership fee.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: STUF has a NGO network (Affiliate Program) with 32 NGOs
