Organizational structure: The AAE organizational structure comprises senior management, middle management and resource volunteers. Management volunteers are permanent volunteers and represent the core team of AAE. Resource or expert volunteers are temporary.  Executive Council: Composed of representatives from the various stakeholders of the organization including: volunteers, members and partners.  Executive Volunteer: Oversees the day-to-day administration of the organization, follows the leadership of the council and provides direction, control and general oversight.  Volunteer for Partnerships Activities (VPA): Supporting and nurturing entrepreneurs is a complex and resource-endemic task that is often beyond the means of a single organisation alone, like AAE. There is the need to bring on board various similarly minded organisations for collaboration and synergy. It is for this purpose that the VPD is tasked with building and managing partnerships with different stakeholders.  Member Support Volunteer: The MSV is tasked with administrating the AAE membership databases, coordinating volunteer assignment (Mentor, Coach or other Expert Volunteers) to members and helping recruit new entrepreneur members through awareness raising.  Volunteer Website Administrator: Responsible for publishing content on the website and designing new functionalities for the current website.  Volunteer Leads: Responsible for recruiting engaging volunteers on various tasks.  Volunteer Writers: Responsible for building content and resources required for entrepreneurial development.  Awareness Champions: Responsible for raising awareness and supporting membership drive.
Number and type of members: As of July 2022, AAE has 152 Entrepreneur members. Entrepreneur members receive access to AAE archived content, are listed in the AAE directory and are offered networking opportunities across the AAE community.
