Organizational structure: |
Mosaic has 80 employed staff members. The Executive Director, Finance and Human Resource Manager, Operational Manager, Clinical Manager, and SOcial Enterprise and Training manager forms the Top Management. The Mid-Management consists (including the Top Management) of 3 Programme Managers, of which two are Social Workers, a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, a Professional Nurse, an Accountant, and for 4 Area Zone Managers. The councelling staff consists of Social Auxilliary Workers, Court Counsellors, and assistant clinical staff. The structure is supported by an Adminsitrative and Logistical Secretariat, and a Marketing and Fundraising unit. |
