    Organizational structure: The structure of UPAC Association is defined by its Constitution. It has a Board of Directors and the General Assembly. SECTION19: OFFICERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS The Board of Directors shall be made up of the following: 19.1: President General 19.2: Vice President 19.3: Secretary General 19.4: Financial Secretary 19.5: Treasurer 19.6: Organizing Secretary 19.7: Public Relation Officer 19.8: Communication Secretary 19.9: Social Secretary 19.10: Health Secretary 19.11: Roving Ambassador 19.12: Information Secretary 19.13: Scientific Affair Secretary 19.14: Investment Secretary 19.15: Legal and Technical Advisers FUNCTIONS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY 22.1: The General Assembly shall constitute all members of the Association including the Board. They may adopt all proposals tendered by the Board. 22.2: The General Assembly can propose ideas which are subject to appraisal by the Board. 22.3: A member of the General Assembly can propose an idea that is subject to appraisal by the General Assembly and the Board. 22.3: The General Assembly shall adopt the Annual Budget of the Association. 22.4: The General Assembly may censor the activities of the Board. Members of the Board of Directors shall be recruited by the Founding Fathers, subjected to censorship by the General Assembly.
