The structure of UPAC Association is defined by its Constitution. It has a Board of Directors and the General Assembly. SECTION19: OFFICERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors shall be made up of the following:

FUNCTIONS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
22.1: The General Assembly shall constitute all members of the Association including the Board. They may adopt all proposals tendered by the Board.
22.2: The General Assembly can propose ideas which are subject to appraisal by the Board.
22.3: A member of the General Assembly can propose an idea that is subject to appraisal by the General Assembly and the Board.
22.3: The General Assembly shall adopt the Annual Budget of the Association.
22.4: The General Assembly may censor the activities of the Board. Members of the Board of Directors shall be recruited by the Founding Fathers, subjected to censorship by the General Assembly. |
