    Organizational structure: ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE Decision Making Process/ Administrative Structure: Board of Trustees (BOT): Meets twice a year Sets broad policy/targets for the Centre Approves the audited accounts of the Centre Has oversight function over the finances and other properties of the Centre The Management (Headed by the Chief Executive): Oversees the day to day management and smooth running of the Centre. Coordinates all the Centre’ projects and accountable to the donors/clients and BOT Headsof Departments/Programmes: Represent the CEO at the Departmental level Initiate, procure and execute projects at the departmental level Members of the Centre’s management team International Advisors: Consulted on individual basis for advice based on their experience, expertise and influence.
