    Organizational structure: Governance Structure Advisory Council GADeF’s Advisory Council has five committees that help in the council's oversight of the foundation's activities. The committees are; 1. Businesses and Community Relationship Management Committee 2. Youth Governance and Nominating Committee 3. Audit Committee 4. Corporate Social Responsibility Review (CSRR) Committee 5. Funds and Sustainable Development Committee Board of Trustee GADeF is forming a 9-member Board to oversee the Foundations activities in communities’ levels following decisions from the Advisory Council. Steering Committee The Steering Committee shall be accountable for the performance of the youth network in Ahafo. The Committee will be drawn from the all mines affected communities taking critical look at the components of the NADeF missions and program. Network Secretariat The Secretariat shall be responsible for the administration of the day- to- day activities of all Networks formed Community Development Committees (CDC) These committees in all communities in Ahafo will be responsible for community consultation, monitoring and evaluation of developments in their locality. Their decisions will be focused highly on sustainable development and on the youth using the District Assemblies’ Development Plan as a guide.
    Number and type of members: Personnel GADeF working staff includes the Programs Director, 4 Project Coordinators, Financial Controller, Communications Executive, 4 Functional Area Managers, 2 Support Staff, 2 Secretariat Staff, 2 Volunteers Staff Coordinators and a driver.
