    Year of registration: 1999
    Organizational structure: (I.) Assembly; (1) Elects the President of the Assembly with mandate of 5 years with the chance to be re-elected after the termination of the mandate; (2) Elects members of ACTAC with full permanent membership; (3) Elects President and members of the Executive Board; (4) Adopts the Statute; (5) Makes changes and amendments to the Statute; (6) Adopts Programme-proposal of the association or changes it; (7) Adopts the financial plan; (8) Adopts the Reports; (9) Submits financial report to the authorized body of the public administration, or to the body of the municipalities; (10) Decides on the internal organization and organizational forms of the association bodies; (11) Decides for cessation of the association; (12) Does other matters determined by the Statute. (II.) President of the Assembly; (1) Leads the work of ACTAC; (2) Represents the organization and is responsible of the financial work, legality and economy; (3) Adopts annual program, with prior approval of the Executive Board; (4) Performs the decisions of the Executive Board; (5) Organizes the work and adopts regulations for the allocation of the incomes; (6) Elects and discharges workers; (7) Forms expert and occasional bodies; (8) Gives proposal to the Executive Board for forming permanent bodies of ACTAC; (9) Submits annual reports of ACTAC's work; (10) Ensures the informing of the public; (11) Prepares guidelines, orders, solutions and other individual acts; (12) Prepares the sessions of the Assembly of the Association; (13) Performs other stuff in accordance with this Statute and the prescribed laws; (III.)Executive Board; The Executive Board (EB) has the following responsibilities: (1) Producing Draft and Proposal Statute of the Association; (2) Determines the principles and policies for development of ACTAC; (3) Approves the annual working program; (4) Adopts documents for financial operations in accordance with the regulations for material and financial operations; (5) Decides for the salary and/or royalties of the President; (6) Prepares draft and proposal Protocol; (7) Prepares decisions made by the Assembly; (8) Controls the implementation of decisions of the Assembly; (9) Approves establishment of permanent bodies; (10) Prepares the financial plan of Association; (11) Prepares General Operational Plan; (12) Participates in the strategic planning; (13) Decides on appeals of members of ACTAC against decisions of the President of the Assembly, EB or postpones the decisions of the President of EB to the next session of the Assembly; (14) Decides on all questions that are not stated in this Statute by making special decisions. (IV.) Expert Bodies - Scientific Forum (SF) The Expert Bodies - Scientific Forum (SF) has the following responsibilities: (1) The SF cares about expert organizational forms of ACTAC, expert questions, legal and scientific base of the planning; (2) The SF cares about the expert capacity of ACTAC; (3) The SF gives opinion for decisions of the President of ACTAC and/or helps when choosing project and programme coordinators; (4) The SF cares about the strategic directions of development and plans that refer on the legal environment and regulation; (5) The SF cares about the methodological base of the project products, recommends use of scientific and expert instruments; (6) The SF develops survey activities, trainings; (7) The SF monitors democracy and human rights situation in Republic of Macedonia and purpose: - monitors and analyses the situation with decentralization, division of power and secularity in Republic of Macedonia; - monitors and analyses governmental reforms of Republic of Macedonia; - monitors and analyses the situation with Euro integration and the accession in NATO structures; - initiates current program and/or project reaction; (V.) Programme coordinators and assistants (VI.) Creative team section.
    Number and type of members: With the specialization of the organization, the number of members has decreased to 20 members. Members: President of the Assembly; President of the Executive board; President of the Scientific Forum Secretary; President of Creative team; members of these bodies and programme coordinators and assistants.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: International Community reporting; Open TV - 1st Media Community in South East Europe-Western Balkan; National "Fair with the consumer" certificate based on ISO 26000 standards; Official local media network in Prilep.
