    Organizational structure: The network’s management is centralized based on the decision making and planning coordinated by the Executive Committee (EC) and on the organization of the Executive Secretariat (SE). The other members are invited to participate in all of the network’s activities and they approve the EC’s decisions in the Assemblies. The operation of the regional or thematic sub-networks occurs in groups who are focused on specific discussions and on the joint implementation of projects. Organization chart and functions RedLAC is organized in the following instances: • The Assembly • The Executive Committee • The President of RedLAC • The Vice-President of RedLAC • The Executive Secretariat • Working Commissions
    Number and type of members: 24 Members, all environmental funds from Latin America and the Caribbean. These organizations include private, public and private-public entities, all of which invest in biodiversity conservation. Some areas of investment include: management of protected areas, green markets, ecotourism, sustainable development and REDD among others.
