    Organizational structure: Decisions are made by the executive board, are validated by the Presidency and Vice-Presidency and shared with the Advisory Board. The executive board deals with daily operation and is guided by the statutory board orientation. In addition to that, the Institute is submitted every year to external auditing.
    Number and type of members: 81 employees and 13 interns in Brazil, South America.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: Alana Institute is part of the Rede Nacional Primeira Infância (National Network for Early Childhood) and integrate the Global Partnership to End Violence against Children, among others.
