    Organizational structure: There is a a Board of Directors and a Management Committee. The board currently has five members made up of four men and one woman.The Chair is Prof. Osuntogun, former Vice Chancellor, Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria and fomer LEAD international Director for West Africa.
    Number and type of members: Currently 20. Membership is open .preference is given to those who have know how to contribute to the advancement of the objectives and activities of RIDF. There are also coOpted members who ma be group or individuals.
