We have a Board of Trustees,Board of Directors including the Country Director. The Management team headed by the Country Director with members including ;State Coordinators for the 15 Sates we operate from.Each State has an Administrative head.Program Officers,Project officers,Office assistants,Researchers,Consultants and Logistics.There is a consistent reporting format taht enables junior personnel send necesary reports to the managment and management has a strong platform to provide appropriate feedback |

We have members across the 15 states we work from and across the 650 communities we have worked in. Firstly,our landmark project are captured under the four pronged HEEP Initiative (Health Education Environment Partnership) WE have community and school based programs. Both programs have strategic memberships. 1. We have the SDGS Club initiative which has 50 member school so far registered.Each school has a minimum of 2000 students and that is about 100,000 members as at today. The club members work with their School Leaders to manage the projects at the school level and will eventually cascade to 50 other schools in phase 2. For our community based project such as the Malaria initiative,Each community has not less that 4000 residents and so in all,we have 500 functional member communities whose community members are part of our Advocacy groups under the Global fund supported malaria initiative(ACOMIN) and related other projects Our Africa wide initiative such as the youth driven SDGS Club17Africa looks closely at working with various Country Volunteer leads to establishing clubs and recruiting more youth members to the group. We hope to have worked with 5million youths by 2020! |
