    Organizational structure: Management Structure Global Agenda for Total Emancipation has an interdisciplinary Board and staff representing researchers and professionals on various field of human endeavors such as psychology, sociology, education, arts, social work, population studies and a wide number of associates professionals on law, accountancy, medicine, public administrations, etc. who co-operate in various research initiatives, projects design, implementation, monitoring & evaluation. The organisation is structured in the following hierarchy of decision-making and implementation. A. Board of Trustee - This is the highest decision making body of the organisation on the issues of policies and programmatic foci. The BOT members are: 1. Prof. (Mrs.) Ebele Maduewesi - (PhD)-Prof. of Education Chairperson 2. Barr. (Mrs.) Hamza Ibrahim - (LLB, BL) Member 3. Mrs. Carol Emeka Ogbonnaya - (B.A.M.A) Member 4. Mr. Matthias Ezugwu - (B.Ed, MPA, PhD*) Secretary 5. Mr. Tim. O.C Aniebonam - (BAMA*) Member B. Management Team - This body that overseas the day to day running of the organisation both in programme and administration. The Management Team is lead by the National Programme Coordinator / Chief Executive Officer in the person of Tim Aniebonam. Currently, GATE has an 11 person management team members. ¿ Associate Staff / Volunteers: The organization in addition to the above have a parade of over 150 volunteers who are usually co-opted into project implementation as the need arises.
