    Organizational structure: AAD is headed by Matthias Leridon in the quality of President, and Gervanne Colboc-Leridon in the quality of Vice-President. AAD's advisory board (non statutory) proposes new projects to AAD's board of directors. AAD's board of directors convenes at least once a year to adopt the project proposals, vote on the funding, and set the general orientations. AAD's general activities and administration are lead by the General Delegate and his team.
    Number and type of members: AAD's advisory board is composed of 14 honorary members, and AAD's board of directors is composed of 5 honorary members. AAD relies on "partnering Artists" that take part voluntarily in all of AAD's activities and projects (50). AAD also relies on non-statutory volunteers from the french company Tilder (30), that contribute to some of AAD's activities and projects.
