    Organizational structure: Organizational structure consists of the: 1) Executive Board 2) Board of Directors (BOD) 3) Board of Trustees (BOT) 4) Board of Advisers (BOA) 5) Grassroots Leaders Board The BOD has the binding decision making authority, whilst the Executive Board consists of BOD members tasked with everyday activities. The BOT will consist mostly of high-level donors and BOA will consist of respected academics who serve in an advisory capacity. Grassroots Leaders Board consists of community leaders in major regions of U.S. and serves as a springboard for the membership in the BOD or BOA.
    Number and type of members: 1100 members in the United States, spread across over 35 U.S. states, with concentrations in Washington DC, Texas, New York, Florida, and California. Membership is free, but donations and volunteerism are greatly encouraged.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: Has partnerships with Voto Latino, Japanese American Citizens League, and other NGOs in U.S.
