Organizational structure: |
ALIVE is a community membership-based organization which works to bring the voice of the grassroots membership base to mainstream community governments, services and community institutions. ALIVE works under the direction of a board of directors elected from the membership base as well as an appointed Executive Director. ALIVE conducts projects through strategic partnerships with existing NGOs, community service providers, and local and provincial governments. |

ALIVE currently has over 600 voting Aboriginal members from across Canada. These members include Elders, youth and families. ALIVE also offers non-voting membership to non-Aboriginal peoples and organizations who agree to support and promote ALIVE's goals and strategic vision. |
