| Organizational structure: |
Our organization is divided in two sections. First there is a board formed by 8 persons: Mayama´s Founder, a President, a Vice-president, a Secretary, a Treasurer and vocals, they reunit to take decissions according to Mayama´s strategic map. The second struture is formed by 25 people that develop the daily activities made at Mayama´s Address. It has a General Director, a Operative Director and it is organized in 3 areas leaders: education, institutional development and administration. Also we have three responsibles of the main programs: My Development Program Coordinator wich is responsible of the girls and boys intervention at our day centre, My Family Program Coordinator wich is responsible of the family intervention and My Rights Program Coordinator, responsible for actions that contribute to restore the children's rights. The other jobs include: educators, operative and administrative personnel. |
