    Organizational structure: The Organs piloting affairs of the organization are; -The GENERAL ASSEMBLY(GA), -The EXECUTIVE BUREAU(EB) and -THE DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE(DC). The General Assembly comprises all the duly registered members and it is the supreme dicision-making body of the Association.It lays down all the rules that govern the Association. The General Assembly meets once a month and for any of its dicisions to bind on all members,it must be taken by at least 2/3 of the registered members The Executive Bereau is made up of the different Heads of Departments and is responsible for the daily running of the affairs as prescribed by the General Assembly. The bureau is composed of; -President -Vice President -Secretary General -Treasurer -Auditors(2) -Financial Secretary -Communication Officer -Advisers(4) The Disciplinary Committee meets and takes decisions in strict application of the laws of the Organization governing all its members. The Committee meets at anytime when and issue is at stake.
    Number and type of members: There are four(4) types of members: -The Founding Members: People who participated in the creation of the organization and helped in drawing up the Constitution. -Active Members: People who voluntarily adhere and honour all financial obligations and participate physically in meetings and gatherings of the organization. -Honorary Members: People who support the organization in various ways and suggest enriching ideas to foster growth. -Statutory Members: People who naturally are beneficiaries of the contributions made by others and the donors.They are the orphans, the destitutes and other vulnerable children in and out of the Centre. BAVODAC receives new members on a regular basis but as of now, there are 486 members.
