Mission statement:	The Riba Foundation (NGO) with the ideal of create instruments to improve, support and proposes for Peace, Security, stability and strengthening that is imperative on institutions that already work in the region of Central America by promoting Governing Justly and Democratically by strengthening justice sector institutions, good governance, and respect for human rights.Our proposal to approach a very diversified projects that will beneficiary during a period of 10 years the Central America Region Some of the most important are: 1-Nanotechnology as one of the most important tools in modern agriculture, and agri-food nanotechnology is anticipated to become a driving economic force in the near future. Agri-food themes focus on sustainability and protection of agriculturally produced foods, including crops for human consumption and animal feeding. the First Professional 2. As the Central America and Caribbean region expands in new cities, tourism developments, industry and transportation and other types of infrastructure the need of REGIONAL professional search and rescue units is becoming the only guarantee in the region capable of take immediate actions and support other government structure went natural or criminal disasters came in various and difference environments . 3.Promote new ways of living for humanity. FUTURISTIC HOMES By 2030 more than 60% of the world’s population is projected to live in cities. Urban centers will face key challenges in ensuring that the needs of people living in hardship are met. As cities become smart, they must also provide equal access to the benefits of technological progress for vulnerable social groups and leave no one behind. A key challenge faced by cities is to ensure the engagement of all people living in situations of hardship and to promote inclusivity. Smart cities in the future should meet the needs of vulnerable members among social groups such as families, persons with disabilities, indigenous people, older persons and youth and thus need to reinvent themselves in the way they communicate, plan and respond to the complex needs of their people. Technological and social innovation is allowing regions to explore solutions and create smarter and inter-connected communities that can enhance service delivery, improve citizen’s lives and reduce urban poverty. Innovation can be a catalyst for change and ensure that our cities and communities are resilient and inclusive for all people of all ages.

Organizational structure:	BOARD OF DIRECTORS CONSISTING OF FIVE MEMBERS, THREE OF WHICH ARE APPOINTED BY THE FOUNDER, ONE BY THE EXECUTIVE POWER, AND THE OTHER BY THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE COUNTY OF ACOSTA. SAID DIRECTORS SHALL HOLD OFFICE FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS, AND MAY BE REAPPOINTED INDEFINITELY. SUBSTITUTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS: DIRECTORS APPOINTED BY THE EXECUTIVE POWER AND THE MUNICIPALITY OF ACOSTA SHALL BE REPLACED BY THOSE AUTHORITIES. FOR THIS, THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD, WITHIN FIFTEEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE TERMINATION OF THE PERIOD FOR WHICH THEY WERE APPOINTED, WILL REQUEST TO THE JUDICIARY POWER AND THE RESPECTIVE MUNICIPALITY THAT THEY BE REELECTED OR THAT A SUBSTITUTE BE APPOINTED. IN CASE OF RESIGNATION, IMPEDIMENT OR DEATH OF THE MEMBER, THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD, WITHIN FIFTEEN DAYS AFTER THE FACT, SHALL REQUEST THE APPOINTMENT OF A SUBSTITUTE TO THE RESPECTIVE ENTITY. IF IT IS THE PRESIDENT WHOSE PERIOD IS OVER, OR WHO RENOUNCED, OR HAS AN IMPEDIMENT, OR DIED, THEN THE BOARD SHALL NAME A NEW DIRECTOR, AND THEN THIS DIRECTOR SHALL PERFORM THE NECESSARY STEPS, WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME INDICATED ABOVE, FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A SUBSTITUTE. IF THE ABOVE MEMBERS ARE UNABLE TO DO SO, THEN THIS DUTY SHALL BE CARRIED OUT BY ANY MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS PROPERLY APPOINTED TO DO SO. IF THE THREE MEMBERS DESIGNATED BY THE FOUNDER, ONCE THEIR TERM IS OVER, OR IN CASE OF RESIGNATION, IMPEDIMENT OR DEATH, SHALL BE SUBSTITUTED BY APPOINTMENT AGREED UPON BY THE WHOLE BOARD IN A PLENARY MEETING. THE DIRECTORS SHALL ELECT A PRESIDENT WHO SHALL EXERCISE HIS FUNCTIONS FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR AND MAY BE REELECTED INDEFINITELY. IN THIS CASE, THERE WOULD BE NO NEED TO REGISTER OR PUBLISH THE REELECTION, AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THIRD PARTIES, IT SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS DONE IF THE CHANGE IS NOT RECORDED IN THE REGISTRY. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MAY NAME AN EXECUTIVE DELEGATE TO REPRESENT FOUNDATION BUSINESSES, WHO SHALL HAVE THE ATTRIBUTES AND REMUNERATION THE BOARD GRANTS HIM.
