    Organizational structure: The Global Sourcing Council is run by the Board of Directors who are elected by the members for a two year term. The Board of Directors elects officers: the chair of the board, the president, the vice president, the secretary, and the treasurer. The Board of Directors operates through the committee structure. The Executive Committee consists of officers, the past chair, and the past president. This committee oversees the activities of the other committees and is responsible for setting up the boards agenda.
    Number and type of members: Global Sourcing Council is composed of Community Members, Individual Members, and Corporate Members.
