    Organizational structure: The organization is headed by a Board of 12 Members and a secretariat with 6 full time staff. staff. HAK works closely with the management and staff of the current 31 project co-implementing partners, situated within 30 Districts in all the eight Provinces of Kenya. The interventions in most of the Districts have been to prevent HIV/AIDS and alleviating its impact in multi-generational households (households that are headed by Older Persons and have either OVCs and or PLWHAs).
    Number and type of members: HelpAge Kenya is governed through a Board of 11 Directors. The Board comprises of a Chairman, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer and the Secretary (the CEO) and Board of Directors Members. It has three standing committees i.e. the Executive, Finance and Projects.
