    Organizational structure: Assembly of the members is the highest decision-making body of the Association. All members of the Association are right to participate in assembly of the members. Each capacitated individual aged over 14 is eligible for enrollment in the Association, as well as each legal person registered in the Republic of Latvia, who is interested in successful activity of the Association, by submitting written application to the Board. Members have rights to take part in the events organized by the Association, to submit proposals regarding action of the Association and its improvement, to express his/her opinion. Assembly of the members elect and withdraw the Board.Assembly of the members confirm summary of the activities of previous year, main aims and objectives of current year, as well as decide other issues. Each member has a right to participate and speak in the assembly of the members.Assembly of the members is able to make decisions if more than half of the members are present. Executive branch of the Association is the Board, made up by 1 chairman of the Board and 3 members of the Board out of whom 1 is the alternate to the chairman of the Board. Chairman of the Board and an alternate to the chairman of the Board are elected by the board. Activities of the Board are organized by a chairman of the Board or an alternate to the chairman of the Board, who is delegated to officiate the duties of a chairman of the Board during his/her absence. The Board is led by a chairman of the Board, who serves as a president of the Association.
    Number and type of members: 50 Members. Assembly of the members is the highest decision-making body of the Association. Honorary member of the Association is not subjected to assembly of the members, the Board or officials, except the case, if honorary member of the Association is a full member of the Association.
