Organizational structure: |
• The General Assembly (GA): it is the supreme body for concertation and policy direction of the UPDDHE / GL and is composed of all up-to-date members. • The Board of Directors (CA): it is the supervisory body, elected by the General Assembly from the full members, composed of: President Vice-President Secretary 2 Advisors Its members have a 3-year renewable mandate. They perform their duties on a voluntary basis and can not make a commitment on behalf of the association for personal affairs. • The Monitoring and Evaluation Committee (CS & E): it is also elected by the general assembly from among the actual members of the association. These members are elected on the basis of their competence, wisdom, expertise and commitment to the cause of the Association. • The Legal Council and Quality of Programs (CJQP): a legal expert, is also elected by the General Assembly from among its members based on its legal knowledge and experience and on the quality of programs and projects. • Coordination (COORD): it is the permanent organ of daily management of the organization. This body is composed of a permanent staff under the direction of a coordinator supported by a team of support staff recruited according to the needs and the available resources. The Coordinator is appointed by the Board of Directors from among the members of the Association with consensus based on his / her experience, dedication, perseverance and competence. This appointment is brought to the attention of the General Assembly for adoption. |

The Coordination Office currently has 6 permanent staff, including a General Coordinator, a Program Manager, a Financial Administrator, a Cashier, a Logistics and Procurement Officer and a Human Resources Officer. The organization also has 3 volunteer officers in the Coordinating Office, including 1 Program Assistant for Human Rights and Peace, 1 Program Assistant for Environmental Protection and Climate Change and 1 Program Assistant for Transversal Protection . |
