Global Women for Quality and Sustainable Development (GWSD) is governed by the Management Team supported by the Executive Board. The overall decision is taken at the Board meeting if it is beyond the power of the Executive Director The Management Executive is headed by the Executive Director, who is the apex decision making personnel. She is supported by the Advisory Board, Programme Director, Finance Director, Administration/Procurement Director, and Associate Directors. These Directors are supported by officers and then the Secretaries. The various officers are mandated to hire volunteers in discharge of their duties if the volume of work is much. The Executive Director reports to the chairman of Board annually which in turn transmit to the Executive Board on an annual basis. |
