    Organizational structure: The organization is made up of unlimited number of associates, divided into three categories: founding associates - those individuals, who subscribed the minute of constitution of the entity, present at the foundation assembly; participants associates - those who participate actively in the activities of the entity, offering material support and / or its services; sponsor associates - any person, whether physical or legal, who collaborate to achieve the objectives of the entity and contribute financially in a spontaneous manner. The organization also is constituted by three administrative organs, they are: General Assembly; Executive Board; Fiscal Council. The General Assembly is composed of all associates in full enjoyment of its rights, and may be elected to the positions of the Executive Board and the Fiscal Council. The sponsor associate may attend assemblies with the right to speak, but without the right to vote. Among the competencies of the General Assembly are: to discuss and deliberate all matters of interest to the organization for which it is convened; decide on the reform of it constitution; among others. The Executive Board is the body responsible for the direct management of social affairs, organization and internal administration, in accordance with the precepts of the organization's statute and the legislation in force. The Executive Board Officers consists of: a Chief Executive Officer, a Vice President, a General Secretary, a Treasurer and his alternate, elected by the General Assembly to hold office for a term of three (3) years, reelection being permitted. The Fiscal Council is made up of three (3) effective members and three (3) alternates, elected by the General Assembly, any of whom may substitute any of those in the impediments or in the vacancy of the position. The Fiscal Council is responsible for overseeing the organization's administrative and budgetary activities.
    Number and type of members: The organization is composed by a president and a vice-presidente; a general-secretary; a treasurer and his alternate; three fiscal counselors; nine participants associates and seventeen staff members
