    Organizational structure: The organization has a hierarchy system. The Founder and Executive Director is the one who leads the organization and is also the chair of the Board of Directors. There is a Board secretary who is the chief volunteer and is resposnible for the management of the overall team in the absence of the Founder. The Board of Directors report to the Board chair and the team leaders from the different departments report to the executive team which comprises of Executive Secretary, Directors, Field Advisors and the Treasurer. The organization comprises of fundraising department, marketing department, Programs department, Finance department and Human Resources department. The staff is 100% volunteers and has been such since inception of organization in 2011. The volunteers report to the team leads assigned at each department. There are also virtual volunteer staff members who are based on ground in Zimbabwe, South Africa and Lesotho. The current team comprises of fourteen volunteers in both Canada and Southern Africa. Volunteers serve for a minimum one year team and those at Director level are mandated to serve for a minimum two year term. The organization also has free membership for those who wish to vote at annual meetings, on new programs and partnerships if and when the Chair of the Board opens a public call for such. Membership is for two years and is free to renew, is open to any persons with a non political mandate for joining us to support our initiatives globally, promote our vision and mission. Members are also invited to all events and or public meetings hosted by the organization and also requested from time to time to donate towards the programs and the management costs of running the organization.
    Number and type of members: There are 30 members affiliated to the organization. Members have voting rights on new programs, new partnerships and yearly budget. Membership is voluntary and is open to the public.
