The organization funds the new projects the women are involved in, buys the products off them and sells the products to the international market online and across Canada with a portion of the sales given back to the communities to continue the work. Financial literacy training and skills training is also offered along with this program offering the participants an opportunity to learn new skills and also transfer skills from each other. The program helps to create long term self sustainability with families being financially able to support themselves and their children for daily necessities, food, clothing and other needs. The organization also focuses on advocating and training communities on gender equality, eradication of gender based violence and sexual reproduction and health rights for young girls and women. Youth lead programs focus on training and mentoring of young people from marginalized backgrounds, youth living with and or affected by HIV/AIDS, helping youth access educational facilities and on skills training. The youth programs sponsors youth in Lesotho and Zimbabwe to pay for education expenses, attend skills training workshops, peer to peer coaching and mentoring with other youth from around South Africa as well as workshops of SRHR.
