    Organizational structure: The Geriatric Care and Vulnerable Support Initiative has a defined structure beginning from the Board of Directors and Members of the advisory council headed by the Board President. The General Assembly delegates its powers to the Global Board of Directors which is the highest decision-making organ of the GCVSI. The Global Executive Director heads the Administrative and day-to-day management of the Organization with the Global Management Team and reports back to the Global Board biannually. The Country Director reports to the Regional Director and the Regional Director reports to the Global Executive Director in the Organization's Headquarters in the USA.
    Number and type of members: Geriatric Care and Vulnerable Support Initiative has 1071 non-registered members and 271 registered members, making the total number of members to 1,342 members. However, only registered members with financial commitments have voting rights of bylaws and constitutional amendments as the case may be and can attend all general annual meetings. Non-registered members can only be involved in program promotion, sensitization, social media campaigns and so forth.
