The Association of Parents and Friends of the Exceptionals of São Paulo is a non-profit social welfare institution, established for an indeterminate period as an association of non-economic purposes in Quatro de Abril, 1961. The Organization has the following Board of Directors: General Meeting, Board of Directors and Fiscal Council. |

The Board of Directors has 14 members and the Fiscal Council has 3 members, for a period determined in bylaws and all of them being volunteers and from the most diverse professional branches. The Assembly is also made up of volunteers, with about 60 members. |
