The organization has a Board of Directors headed by a Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer. The maximum number of Board members is 7 as per the organization's constitution. The organization also has a secretariat led by the Executive Director who reports to the Board of Directors. The organization's books of accounts are audited annually by external auditors appointed by the Board of Directors. The organization has staff members responsible for day to day delivery of the programmes of work. |
