Organizational structure: |
They comprise the organizational and administrative structure of the Human Rights Support Center: 1 - General Assembly - It is the maximum instance of the CHRS, where all the members in full enjoyment of their rights and duties are reunited organ in the terms defined by the Statute. The General Assembly is held annually on an ordinary basis by convocation of the Board of Directors, at least 30 days in advance. The General Meeting may occur in an extraordinary manner and may be called by the Board of Directors, the Fiscal Council or one fifth of the members, in advance of 5 days. 2 - Board of Directors - This is a collegiate body, composed of five full members and their respective alternates, elected and subordinated to the General Assembly of associates. The Board of Directors meets monthly. The Board of Directors is composed of five members: General Coordination, Administrative-Financial Secretariat, General Secretariat. Secretariat of Planning, Training and Research and Secretariat of Communication. The Board of Directors has a three-year term of office. 3 - The Fiscal Council - The Fiscal Council is a supervisory body of the Entity and will consist of three full members and three alternates elected at a General Meeting. The Fiscal Council's term of office is two years. 4 - Ethics Committee - It is the body in charge of determining the disciplinary offenses provided for in the statute of the entity and will consist of three full members and two alternates. |
