Social Development
| Activities relevant to the conference of States Parties to the convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities: | Legacy has conducted four programs on Disability with professionals from L'viv and Crimea in Ukraine and Perm and Samara Russia. It also has staff with disabilities. |
Advancement of Women
| Affiliation with other organizations: | Legacy and its partner in Kyrgyzstan have a network of 11 women run non governmental organizations. These women leaders have been trained in leadership and ngo capacity building. It also has trained 12 women leaders in government and ngo sector in women's leadership in Ukraine and held two conferences in Simferopol and L'viv to expand this network to 120 women ngo and government leaders. Mini-grant projects followed with both programs which spanned five years. |
