Affiliation with other organizations: CHED is affiliated to the Legal Aid Service Providers' Network, a consortium of 39 Non Governmental Organisations providing free legal aid services to the indigents and vulnerable groups in Uganda. The Network provides for coordination of legal aid services providers that are availing direct services nation-wide.
Publications: 1. "Adequacy of the Juvenile Justice system in Uganda", 2009. 2. "Understanding the role of Local Council Courts in enhancing Access to Justice at the grassroots", 2010. 3. "Actuating Access to Justice through clear and simple evidence process for Local Council Courts", 2011. 4. Policy Note/commentary on the Ten year Evaluation of Uganda's Poverty Eradication Action Plan (1197 - 2007). Submitted in 2008 to the Office of the Prime Minister. CHED strives to research, document and disseminate topical issues inhibiting access to justice on an annual basis.
