Major group affiliation: |
|
Involvement in UN Partnerships: | Yes |
If yes, explain in detail: | We would like to contribute our share toward UN's Sustainable Development goals. We strongly believe that on top of financial, technical, and in-kind support, developing countries need to build their human resources capacity. We would like to get more info, guidance, support, and partnership with UN and its affiliate agencies to contribute our share in empowering immigrant leaders in the West, leaders in developing nations, women leaders, and emerging leaders so that they may have the organizational and leadership capacity to contribute their share for the success of UN's Sustainable Development Goals. |
Social Development
Affiliation with other organizations: | We have been working with youth and student associations to inspire and train young leaders. |
Publications: | We have published two books on leadership so far, and have been posting blogs and articles and sending to our subscribers. |
Purpose of the organization: | We would like to bridge the generational leadership gap by partnering with other stakeholders like UN. Millions of baby boomer leaders are retiring and about to retire soon. Unfortunately, organizations, communities, and nations haven't prepared to fill this generational leadership gap. We aspire to provide leadership programs to bridge the generational leadership gap by inspiring and empowering emerging youth and student leaders so that they may begin playing their share to tackle the major ills in the world. |
Advancement of Women
Affiliation with other organizations: | We have been working with some women advocacy organizations to raise awareness and build women's organizational and leadership capacity. Though women are more than half in number and shoulder the lion share responsibilities within their communities, women aren't empowered to take leadership at many fronts. There are apparent and subtle discriminations against women for taking leads. We work to raise awareness (for both women and men) in the fight against both conscious and unconscious biases, and to empower women develop leadership skills in the fight against the major ills in their respective communities. |

Office of the Special Adviser on Africa |
|
Purpose: | We would love to work with the Special Adviser in the area of building the organizational and leadership capacity of leaders, which in turn contributes toward empowering local leaders to implement the goals and programs of UN's Sustainable Development. We would love to participate in projects that are aimed at empowering African leaders. We also would like to get some advices on how our future organizational and leadership development programs could be successful, especially how can we team up with the relevant UN bodies that have projects in Africa. |
