STACO is a partner to: UNICEF --Rehabilitated WASH facilities in 10 schools already. An additional 10 schools and 10 healthcare facilities in process. Further, we are currently finalising the approval of 10 more schools. -- Carry out the assessment of 23 healthcare facilities in Tawergha (after succesfully negotiating this project with Misurata security forces, STACO (as UNICEF's implementing partner) has become the only organisation with access to the area. -- Successfully operated Child-friendly spaces (CFSs) in three cities. Ten CFSs in two cities were just recently approved, and we are finalizing the two CFSs in one city. -- We are in the process of Installing 50 prefabricated classrooms in Sirte and Benghazi. -WHO --STACO successfully carried out vaccination campaigns -- Reconstruction of the water sanitation systems in Libya. -IOM -- STACO provides healthcare services to 7 detention centers -- STACO regularly maintains NFI for 5 detention centers. -WFP -- On a monthly basis, STACO delivers on behalf of WFP 20,000 food baskets to needy households. |
