Public Administration and Development Management

Involvement in Public Administration: The Somalia Aid & Humanitarian Organization shall be responsible for implementation of S.A.H.O policies and programmes as guided by the following values and principles of public service as stipulated in the organization profile of Somalia Aid & Humanitarian Organization:  Accurate information Fair competition and merit as the basis of appointments and promotions;  Accountability for administrative acts;  Commitment and punctuality:  Efficient, effective and economic use of resources;  High standards of professional ethics;  Involvement of the people in the process of policy making;  Incorporation of Islamic teaching and positive Somali Culture  Representation of Somalia’s diverse communities;  Responsive, prompt, effective, impartial and equitable provision of services;  Transparency and provision to the public of timely,  Affording adequate and equal opportunities for appointment, training and advancement, at all levels of the public service, of: (A).
